Buy a personalised Charity Christmas Decoration for the Dignity Monkey Puzzle Tree to remember and celebrate your pet and help us raise money for our animal charities.
Personalised baubles can be purchased for all of your pets, at any stage of their lives.
The size of the decoration that will be featured on Dignity’s monkey puzzle tree measures at 92mm. The decoration that will be sent to your home address will be 70mm made of ceramic. Both decorations are double sided.
We have three different designs to choose from:
- Design 1 – Name (this is on a pre-set design)
- Design 2 – Photo of your pet
- Design 3 – Photo and name of your pet (the name will be placed depending on photo supplied in best position)
Order cut off dates:
Order by Friday 20th December if you want an additional decoration for your home.
Order by Monday 23rd December to feature on our tree.
Order by Monday 23rd December for collection from Dignity only.
Decorations cost £10, with all proceeds going to charity. You can also buy an extra bauble for home use.
