Sunday and Bank Holiday Driver
Please note this is not your typical driving job; you will be expected to handle deceased pets and communicate with bereaved pet owners (this could be face-to face or over the phone), emotional resilience is a non-negotiable along with being able to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.
We are looking for an exceptional, compassionate, positive, considerate Sunday and Bank Holiday driver, who has previous client facing experience to join our team. This role will involve managing our bereaved clients’ expectations when needing to use our services and to deliver service excellence in all we offer here at Dignity Pet Crematorium.
We are looking for someone special to complement our team of amazing drivers in carrying out our clients wishes and ensure our clients receive the very best service each and every time. You need to be confident talking to clients, be able to use your initiative, be solution focused and have an approachable friendly manner along with amazing attention to detail.
Due to insurance requirements, you must be 25 years or over to drive.
Client Care Phone Operative
If you are a talented, compassionate, confident, solution focused, team member who can help drive our values through the business and go above and beyond to help our bereaved clients, who need to use our service at what is an incredibly sad time for them. Be highly supportive of other team members and care deeply for all the families that we help, then we would love to hear from you.
Day to day duties will include but not be restrictive to, answering calls, arranging pet cremations, answering client queries, dealing with complaints if they arise, arranging pet collections. Every step we make must align with our values.
No two days are the same, every pet we care for is at the heart and soul of what we do, and we treat each pet as if they were our own.
Driver

You will be the face of Dignity Pet Crematorium to vets and ensure high levels of professionalism are adhered to at all times.
