If you live close to Dignity Pet Crematorium

The safest and easiest way to deliver your ashes is in person to Dignity in Winchfield, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 8BU. We can take delivery of your beloved pet’s ashes during our opening hours and you’ll have a more personal experience by speaking to a friendly member of our team directly. You can find our opening hours here. Please note we book using an appointment system.

Sending via Royal Mail

If you live too far away the next best method to get the ashes to us safely is to send a small amount of ashes (no more than 1 teaspoons worth) by Royal Mail’s “tracked” or “signed for” post. You will be able to track your delivery and know once it’s delivered. We will contact you to confirm that we have received your ashes for your peace of mind.

When posting, be sure to carefully package your pet’s ashes up in a small sealed plastic bag and check there’s no way for it to leak or tear easily. Make sure it has sufficient padding to prevent any damage taking place and make sure your name and address and your pet’s name are clearly visible on the outer packaging.
