Your call will be recorded to ensure we give you the best service we can.
When you call us, our Phone Team Receptionist will answer and take your contact details and the reason for your call. They will then schedule a call-back with one of our Client Service Advisors. We aim to respond to all messages within 3 hours.
If your pet is in our care, the easiest way to give us your pre-cremation wishes is to complete our online form.

Pets Visiting Dignity
At Dignity, we welcome you to bring your well-behaved live pets when using our service, whether this is to say goodbye to their companion or to visit our gardens. We also welcome our staff bringing their pets to work at Dignity, so all visiting pets must be always kept under strict control whilst visiting us. All dogs must remain restrained on a lead and wearing a muzzle if required by law, or contained within your vehicle.
We respectfully ask that you clear up after your dog and we have doggy poo bags available if you have forgotten yours!
We are sure you will understand that the wellbeing and safety of both the team and our visitors to Dignity are very important to us and therefore, we will not tolerate rude or aggressive behaviour from clients or their pets. We would like to thank you for your assistance and understanding of this.
